Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling and documentations;
2.Prepare CAD Drawings and BIM models;
3.Ensure all structural drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements;
4.Ensure no rework due to errors in modelling;
5.Support Sales & Technical team require to meet up with clients;
6.Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline;
7.Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members;
8.To prepare bill of material from modelling.
Qualifications and requirements：
1.Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, CAD reader and must be able to do 3D Modelling;
2.Min Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution;
3.Preferably with minimum 1 year of civil/ structural experience in engineering design consulting;
4.Those with a BIM certificates or diploma will have added advantage;
5.A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem-solving skills;
6.Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with other departments, works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines;
7.Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details;
8.Able to handle physical work to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision;
9.Able to communicate in English and Chinese Language (In order to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholder/clients);
10.Able to start within short notice period or immediate preferred.
