Single-Side Wall Framework

1、Aluminium Beam Pane

(1) Product Components

▪ Aluminium Beam

▪ Single Props

▪ Horizontal Base Beam

▪ Anchor Tie-Rod and Wing Nut

▪ Other Steel Accessories: Attachment accessories for aluminium beam, φ50 round steel, horizontal steel rods, vertical steel rods, pins, B-type pins, angled steel base, hexagonal screws, nuts, and gaskets

The formwork reinforcement system of flat-tie type has lighter accessories in weight. It has smaller gaps for the distances between raking shores, which makes it more flexible for precision adjustments and more convenient for verticality control. Therefore, the casting result of the concrete wall using a flat-tie reinforcement formwork system has better verticality. There are no obvious holes left in the concrete wall upon the dismantlement of the formwork system with embedded flat ties, as the 2 edges of the flat tie will be cut by using particular tools. Therefore, the cost for hole filling afterward can be saved up, while the waterproof construction quality for the wall body is more guaranteed.

(2) System Features:

▪ Suitable for the construction of single-sided wall structures in basements.

▪ The system is lightweight and easy to operate.

▪ The overall cost of the lightweight single-sided wall system is relatively lower

2、Triangular-Truss Type Single-Sided Formwork System

(1) Product Components

The single-sided formwork system mainly consists of aluminium formwork panels, horizontal walers, triangular trusses, the operational platform, anchor bolts, attachment accessories and others.

(2)  System Features

Catered for structures with high waterproof demand, such as railway stations, external walls in basements, and other structures. These structures can hardly be reinforced by using the tie-rod system, but using single-sided wall formwork to construct them is a must. Triangular-truss type single-sided formwork system is suitable to cast structures of over 7.5m or equivalent in height. The formwork system can be transferred or turned over by using a tower crane, mobile crane, manual transfer, or rail transfer, according to the on-site logistics and machinery conditions.
