Responsibilities:
1.Formulate and implement the overall company strategy and annual operating plan;
2.Build and perfect the company’s management system and organizational structure;
3.Organize the routine operation and management work of the enterprise to realize company’s goals of operation management and development.

Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Trained in leadership development, strategy management, organization change management, strategic human resource management, economic law, finance management, etc;
3. 3 years or above working experience in all terms of enterprise management;
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and social skills;
5. Good at coordination, communication, strong sense of responsibility and career-minded;
6. Strong affinity, judgment, decision-making, planning and negotiation skills; 
7. Capable, experienced and dependable; 
8. Good professional dedication and professional ethics, strong charisma and cohesion.
