HR & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
HR: Assist in formulating and implementing the human resources strategy of company, construct the human resources system, maximize the development of human resources, and provide human resources for the realization of the company’s business and development strategic goals.
Administration: plan, guide and coordinate the company’s administrative support, organize and manage subordinates to complete their own work.

Qualifications and requirements:
HR:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Trained in modern human resource management technology, labor laws and regulations, financial accounting knowledge, management ability development, etc;
3. 3 years or above working experience in human resource management;
4. Be sensitive to changes in people and organizations, good at communication, coordination and promotion;
5. With strong professional dedication and enthusiasm for work, positive and optimistic working attitude, be able to work under high intensity;6. good at communicating with people of all character and treat people fairly.
Administration:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Trained in Management, strategic management, management ability development, public relations, financial knowledge, etc;
3. Objective, rigorous, responsible, dependable and dedicated;
4. Outstanding ability of interpersonal communication, coordination and organization, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility;
5. Strong execution capability.
