A self-climbing platform is a type of scaffold that is erected at a certain height and attached to the structure. It relies on its elevating equipment to ascend or descend along with the structure layer by layer. It features anti-overturning and anti-falling devices. A national inspection report for a 22.5-meter high-rise climbing scaffold, suitable for ultra-high-rise buildings with standard layer heights up to 5.3 meters, is in our possession.

Operating Conditions

Conditions for climbing formwork construction an dclimbing:

  • No severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, rain, snow,fog,frost, haze,orhail) during operation.
  • Basic wind pressure does not exceed level 5 (approximately24.5-28.5 m/s).

 

In wind speeds over level 7 (approximately 13.9-17.1 m/s), typhoon reinforcement measures are required for the climbing formwork bracket.

Components

Lifting System

Self-Climbing Platform (commonly known as climbing frame) is the extension and development of the extermal scaffolding. It is a complete set of construction equipment developed from the traditional concept of building turnover materials. It possesses all the functions of traditional scaffolding, specifically suitable for high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.The lifting system consists of slide way, lifting hanging bracket, lower hanger frame,electric chain hoist, and over hanger frame.

 

Frame System

Frame system is the main component of attaching lifting scaffolding, and also the safe operation platform for constructors. The frame structure is mainly composed of walkway plate, poling, protective net, truss, turning plate, etc.

 

Lightning Protection System

The system consists of air termination,grounding grid and grounding wire.

 

Attached support System

The attached support system is a supporting structure that is directly attached to the building structure and connected to the vertical main frame to withstand and transmit loads. With support, anti-fall, anti capsize function.

 

Control System

To form the control system,some essential components are computer, mobile phone, tablet PC, remote controller, sensor main control box, sub-control box, cable line and loading sensor.
