Ringlock Scaffolding System

Ringlock Scaffolding System

The ringlock scaffolding system is mainly used to support bridge projects, tunnel projects, factory buildings, elevated water towers, power plants, oil refineries and other special factories, and can also be used in projects such as crossing bridges, cross beams, storage shelves, large stage and background frames.

It includes M48 and M60 standards, lengths ranging from 500mm to 3000mm, and the main materials are steel Q355 and Q235.

Advantages

  • Strong carrying capacity: the carrying capacity of a single pole is up to 19 tons (60 series).
  • Safe and reliable: The hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion process ensures a long service life.
  • Quick assembly: The unique design of the disc self-locking plug improves construction efficiency.
  • Economical and practical: Less steel consumption and lighter weight reduce transportation and labor costs.

FAQ

A Ringlock Scaffolding System is a modular scaffolding solution used for temporary support and access during construction, maintenance, and industrial projects. It consists of vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, and connecting components that form a stable and flexible working platform.
The Ringlock Scaffolding System uses a rosette connection structure that allows multiple components to be connected quickly and securely. Standards and ledgers are assembled through wedge connections, creating a stable scaffold structure that can adapt to different heights and project requirements.
The system provides a reliable temporary structure for workers and materials while adapting to different construction environments. Its standardized components allow quick adjustment of height, width, and layout, making it suitable for various building and engineering applications.
Yes. A properly designed and installed Ringlock Scaffolding System provides a stable working platform and temporary support structure. Professional installation, regular inspection, and compliance with safety requirements are essential to ensure safe operation on site.
Yes. GETO can provide customized Ringlock Scaffolding System solutions based on project requirements, including scaffold height, load requirements, construction environment, and application scenarios. The modular design allows flexible adaptation to different project conditions.
Compared with traditional scaffolding systems, Ringlock Scaffolding System features a modular connection design that enables faster assembly, improved structural stability, and greater flexibility. It reduces installation complexity and provides better adaptability for modern construction projects.

Application

  • The 48mm system is mainly applied to civil construction projects, operating platforms, etc. (construction projects with relatively small loads)
  • The 60mm system is mainly applied to municipal engineering, cast-in-place beams for rail transit, swivel bridges, freight viaducts, etc. (construction projects with relatively large loads)
