位于马来西亚砂拉越州的萨里巴斯大桥项目，不仅是中建集团在马来西亚承接的首个桥梁项目，也是东南亚地区同类型桥梁主跨跨径最长的桥梁之一。志特新材有幸参与其中，为该项目提供了全面的桥梁综合解决方案。 项目概述 萨里巴斯大桥项目位于马来西亚砂拉越州，线路全长约4693米，桥长2390米，其中主桥长1110米。桥梁结构具有水中超长桩基、大承台、高墩、特大跨径等特点。项目于2022年5月7日正式开工，预计将有效改善当地交通，带动周边经济发展。 志特产品方案 针对该项目的具体需求，志特新材提供了多款钢模产品，包括围堰、盖梁、墩柱、T梁、挂篮、裙板等。志特钢模具具有重复使用、经济效益好的特点，能够满足项目对质量和效率的双重要求。 ▪ 围堰：引桥围堰和主桥围堰采用钢模板加预制混凝土底板组合形式进行原位浇筑。钢围堰强度高，防水性能好，可在深水施工，能按需要组合成各种外形尺寸的围堰。预制底板分块预制，便于吊装。 ▪ 盖梁：为现浇盖梁，采用爬锥及牛腿的形式支撑横梁，底模采用卸落块的形式进行脱模。 ▪ 墩柱：椭圆形设计，引桥墩柱和主桥墩柱的截面尺寸根据实际需求定制。圆弧模板可一次性卷弯成型。 ▪ T梁：预制T梁采用混凝土预制台座，长度39.6米，梁截面方向存在横坡，腹板的宽度存在变化。 ▪ 挂篮：菱形挂篮设计，菱形架间距为7米，架体高5.4米，采用桁梁前后滑座，使桁架在轨道上走行。 引桥围堰 盖梁 T梁 项目进度 目前，引桥和主桥围堰、盖梁、T梁、墩柱已完成首次拼装。第一套盖梁模板已成功浇筑，首个主墩承台首次浇筑也已顺利完成，标志着该桥下部结构施工取得阶段性进展，为桥梁主体施工奠定坚实基础。 全流程服务 除了提供定制化的产品外，志特新材还为客户提供全流程项目服务，包括深化设计方案、生产、海运、本地运输等。我们还提供现场工程指导服务，协助钢模产品的顺利安装和使用。另外，我们提供信息化系统，如模板二维码，以便于现场管理和维护模板和相关物料。 主桥围堰 盖梁 墩柱 结语 志特新材致力于为全球客户提供优质的桥梁综合解决方案。在萨里巴斯大桥项目中，我们的产品和服务得到了客户的认可。我们将继续秉承创新精神，不断提升产品质量和服务水平，为更多的桥梁建设项目贡献力量。 INQUIRY Contact us
