As a star product of the exhibition, this system is made with 63.5-series aluminum alloy formwork and features a modular assembly through rear-side openings and connecting components to form independent rectangular columns—no additional hoop clamps or walers required, significantly improving installation efficiency. It comes in two types:
- Full-Height Adjustable Aluminium Column Formwork: For columns ≤600mm, requires only pins and diagonal braces, offering 50% faster installation with fewer joints, high forming precision, and easy manual handling, reducing transport costs.
- Extended-Height Adjustable Aluminium Column Formwork: For columns ≤800mm, assembled from standard modules with adjustable height, eliminating the need for walers or tie rods, reducing material usage by 30%, ideal for high-rise and large-scale structures.
